Grizzshopping Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new style, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all Grizzshopping tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Grizzshopping account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fashion items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
